We've been using the Shampoo Lady for years now. It's the ONLY place I'll order shampoos from. The last time I ordered from them, I was on the verge of being completely out of my customer's favorite shampoo and since it was a Friday afternoon I wouldn't be able to get it until Tuesday. Well, Pearl offered to meet me at their warehouse in Vancouver on a Saturday morning to get me the shampoo for the weekend rush! Their customer service is the best, bar none . Pearl is always friendly, the service is prompt and the prices are great! I highly recommend the Shampoo Lady to any groomer or do it yourself dog wash.
