The ulitmate in gentle baby shampoos. Designed for newborn skin. The safest product made for puppies, kittens and ferrets. One Gallon. Dilution: 50 TO 1.
Puppy Tears is a 50:1 concentrate shampoo that does not contain soap or detergent. Gently cleanses sensitive and newborn *(4-6 weeks and older) skin. No salts added and has a light gentle scent.

Not a Laube fan by any means, but do like this particular shampoo. It cleans wonderfully and leaves a very nice, light fresh fragrance behind.

We use Puppy Tears Shampoo on faces and body's it cleans very well and leaves a nice clean scent. Its gentle on the skin and will degrease the coat some. I would recommend this shampoo as a good starter shampoo, like before an oatmeal or medicated bath to clean the skin and coat.

My puppy's breeder gave me a sample of this shampoo and I was astonished by how fantastic it is! I immediately started using it with my 12 year old dog who has chronic skin issues and sensitivities. It is so gentle on their skin yet it actually cleans them too! It also seems to brighten the coat on my older dog. I don't think I'll ever use another shampoo. I was also very pleased with how quickly I received my order from The Shampoo Lady and was packaged carefully to avoid spilling and damage.

Love this product but it came to us with a hole in the bottle, looks like it might have been damaged in shipping?... not sure

We use this product as our primary shampoo for faces on the dogs in my Salon. It cleans stinky and dirty faces great! leaves them clean and smelling good. Gentle on the eyes and skin.

I love Kelco Puppy Tears!
Smells great, cleans wonderfully and in its diluted form goes on easily on the dogs face without the need to pre-wet.
My clients love the subtle clean scent.
I wouldn't use anything else.
